THE BUYING GUIDE
Specify the details
that matter.
A practical starting point for sourcing entrance doors from China.
What should a door quotation include?
Provide the opening width and height, quantity, opening direction, destination country, preferred design and hardware requirements. Distinguish rough opening dimensions from finished frame dimensions.
Which thickness are you comparing?
Door-leaf thickness, decorative aluminum face thickness and frame wall thickness are different measurements. Request a section drawing and a material schedule rather than comparing a single thickness number.
What can be customized?
Door construction, panel thickness, door-leaf thickness, dimensions and colors can be specified for your project. Available configurations include 304 stainless steel lock hardware with facial recognition and fingerprint access. Confirm the selected lock model and dimensions before production.
What warranty is offered?
A 10-year warranty is offered subject to written warranty terms. Ask for the scope, exclusions, claim process and specific coverage for finishes, hardware and electronic lock components before ordering.
What about local compliance?
Ask your project professional which performance standards and documentation apply at the destination. Verify that any report covers the exact product, size and configuration being ordered.
How should export packing be specified?
FIRM DOORS uses wooden crate packaging. Confirm crate construction, protective wrapping, labeling, handling and destination import requirements in your quotation. Agree who handles unloading, import formalities and installation.
What are the MOQ and production lead time?
The minimum order is 1 door. Sample orders are supported; sample prices and freight are quoted separately. Production time is 25–35 days, with the start date confirmed in your order. This is production time, not delivery time; international transit is additional.
